ADIti Agrawal

Aditi leads the Organizational Development vertical at Arthan. Aditi has extensive international experience working in the areas of human resources, change management and project implementation.

She has worked with the United Nations in Geneva and Copenhagen as well as the private sector in Indonesia. She holds a Masters degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics. LinkedIn



Anchal is responsible for investment, business development and stakeholder communication at Arthan. She recently worked with BCG as an external/specialist consultant on a project involving research, writing and advocacy related to the future of jobs in India. Prior to this, she worked with Dasra, in Mumbai, where she provided hands-on capacity building, consulting and grant management services to non-profit organizations across the sectors of sanitation, education and governance. She is a Shell Foundation/ Impact Business Leaders Fellow and an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford. She has previously worked with PwC and is a chartered accountant by profession. She has also done projects/ internships with Acumen Pakistan and Accounting for International Development, UK. Linkedin



Mahamaya leads the research and development vertical at Arthan Foundation. She is a researcher and creative content writer with 12 year’s experience working with children and young people. In the past she led the media and advocacy program at Commutiny - The Youth Collective (CYC). Prior to this, she worked with Going to School (GTS), where she created curriculum to teach 21st century entrepreneurial skills to children studying in government schools. Mahamaya has a master’s degree in social development from University of Sussex (UK). Linkedin



Rahul leads the Sales, Business Development and Human Resource Verticals at Arthan. Rahul believes that education is key in developing capacity in each human being to unleash his/her potential. An outcome driven individual who finds his sense of purpose in helping everyone reach their potential and purpose. In the past decade, Rahul has worked in the HR, Training and Sales Verticals with ICICI Prudential and later with the Recruitment Vertical at a leading Non Profit, Teach For India. Rahul a Teach For India 2014-16 Fellow , holds an graduate degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters degree in Business Administration specialised in Marketing and Sales Management from Xavier Labor Research Institute, Jamshedpur. Linkedin

Satyam is the founder of Arthan. Satyam has spent a decade in education, skill development and social entrepreneurship in rural India. Satyam believes that education can provide the tools necessary to change the world and his dream is to create productive economic opportunities for all the children and youth in India by defining their career path and being part of their school to world of work journey. In the last one decade, Satyam has designed, implemented, scaled and impacted lives of more than two million children and youth studying in government schools in India. In the past Satyam has worked with leading education non-profits in India- Pratham and Going to School.

Satyam is a THNK fellow, holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and executive degrees in social entrepreneurship and leading successful social programs from Stanford Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. Linkedin


Omang Agarwal

Omang is responsible for project operations at Arthan Foundation. He believes that experiential learning lies at the core of finding one’s potential. An avid volunteer, Omang was has led educational camps during his school and college days for which he was awarded the Queen’s Young Leader Award.

He was previously a Youth development consultant to the Commonwealth Secretariat and holds a diploma in leadership development from University of Cambridge.


Surabhi Nijhawan

Surabhi is responsible for content and marketing at Arthan. She has previously worked with Times Internet as a creative content writer. Before that, she has interned with some of the leading newspapers in India such as The Hindu. She has completed her master's in Digital Media from Cardiff University and, master's in journalism from Xavier Institute of communication. LinkedIn 


Bharath Bhushan

Bharath is a product manager at Arthan. Prior to his current responsibility he had cofounded a HR Tech start up and was in Infosys Ltd working on consulting assignments. Has an overall corporate experience of 10+ years in MNC's and Startups. He is passionate about the technology and its application in improving the quality of life. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology and PGDM in Marketing & Systems from SDMIMD.

Radhika Jajoo

Radhika is a research and operations associate at Arthan. She is extremely passionate about education and believes that it is one of the most crucial focus points in order for a nation to develop. She has done Economics from Delhi University and was a part of Enactus. She has also interned with organisations like Kailash Satyarthi's Children's Foundation. 


Sharmishtha Bose

Sharmishtha is a part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Arthan and works in the capacity of a Senior Associate - Operations. She has previously worked with a start up in the executive search space as a Recruiter. Before that, she worked as a Fellowship Selection Associate at Teach For India. She has completed her Masters in Sociology from Mumbai University and Bachelors (Hons.) in Sociology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. LinkedIn
